We bring our purpose to life via three shared values: We walk the talk, turn over every stone and keep it human.Job DescriptionWe are embarking on an HR system implementation across Nine, searching for a Senior Workday Developer / Integrations Specialist to work closely within our Technology team to deliver a series of initiatives that will be critical to set this program up for success.This is for a six month contract with the potential of extending the role to support the design, development and deployment of the system.Day to day you will:Document the detailed current & future state systems landscape of the in scope processes, including building an understanding of current state integrations.Work with system owners and the business to detail the integration requirements for the Workday implementation.Work with the Technology team to get Dev and Test environments ready for critical upstream and downstream systems.Engage with stakeholders at different levels, across various business units to gain business knowledge and translate this into key deliverables.Work collaboratively with the People & Culture team to define the outcomes required and develop an approach to deliver against this within a defined timeframe.Work collaboratively with all Business units to understand and document their current state HR processes and be able to clearly capture varying requirements and needs across the BUs.Support the project team and business, building a trust relationship with ability to influence.QualificationsTo succeed in this role you will have proven experience in working on system design and implementation projects in large, complex organisations.Key Requirements:Develop and maintain Workday integrations using tools such as Studio, Core Connectors, EIBs, Calculated Fields, and Custom Reports.Utilize strong technical skills in XSLT, XTT, XML, and Java to create efficient integration solutions.Work with Web Services and APIs, including WSDL, SOAP, REST, and WS standards, to enable data exchange with external systems.Excellent problem solving skills.Knowledge of tenant configuration, system architecture and third party integrations.Certification in Workday integrations.Experience in dealing with different types of stakeholders and dealing with conflicting requirements and needs.Successful at overcoming conflict and resistance to foster effective working relationships.Attention to detail to ensure accuracy of requirements and processes, able to identify and resolve gaps.Previous experience on one or more Workday implementations.Nice to have:Experience on large scale, complex system design and implementations, such as HRIS, CRM, ERPs.Experience in documenting the systems architecture of large, complex organisations.The ability to effectively communicate functional and non-functional requirements to cross-functional agile squads using user stories and supporting documentation such as 'as is' and 'to be' process models, wireframes, use cases and user journey maps.Experience in an ASX-listed company.Technical experience integrating Workday with various HRIS systems such as Chris 21 Payroll, Human Force, etc.It is essential that you are a driven individual with a desire to deliver exceptional business outcomes.You are comfortable dealing with ambiguity and have excellent communication, influencing and conflict resolution skills.
