Your New Role
As Dean, International, you will lead our faculty’s international strategy and global initiatives. Leading with vision and purpose, you will align our efforts with the University’s strategic objectives while fostering excellence in education and research.
Key Responsibilities
* Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement plans that exceed the benchmarks set by global accreditation bodies.
* Innovative Initiatives: Partner with Heads of School and Portfolio Leads to create cutting-edge strategies that enhance international linkages and student mobility, all while deepening our commitment to the One Curtin ethos.
* Performance Monitoring: Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), budgets, and targets, celebrating our achievements along the way.
* Policy Implementation: Drive the faculty’s efforts to adopt university policies that bolster our international strategy.
* Collaborative Engagement: Cultivate relationships with global academic partners and stakeholders, unlocking exciting transnational education opportunities.
* Committee Representation: Advocate for our international initiatives by representing the Faculty on key university committees.
