We are seeking a talented individual to join our Honan team at Marsh. This role will be based in our Melbourne office. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
You will provide essential support to Client Facing Brokers, ensuring the accurate and timely production of policies, renewals, and related documentation within the insurance broking lifecycle.
We will count on you to:
* Ensure timely and accurate production/processing of a range of administration and documentation tasks, including policy documentation, quotation and placing slips, and renewal documents.
* Generate client documents such as schedules, certificates of cover, and proof of cover.
* Perform premium and adjustment calculations, claims histories, and report preparation.
* Manage and prioritise your workload to meet individual SLA, KPI, and quality targets while processing transactions and resolving escalated matters within SLA.
* Maintain a basic understanding of relevant insurance legislation and build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
* Adhere strictly to the Company’s quality practices and other systems and procedures, completing ad hoc tasks as requested.
What you need to have:
* Clear and concise oral and written communication skills.
* Strong numerical skills and excellent organisational abilities with the capacity to prioritise work and meet deadlines.
* Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively within a team.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and an aptitude for learning new technologies.
* Basic knowledge of insurance principles.
