Find out more about us at Role Overview:Accenture ServiceNow Business Group is seeking a skilled ITOM Architect/SME to spearhead the implementation and advancement of ServiceNow environments, particularly focusing on IT Operations Management (ITOM) projects with a knack for solution design and driving strategic value.You'll have a critical role as our technical backbone, with a strong background in ITOM hands-on practices, problem-solving skills, and the ability to drive forward implementations in ServiceNow. Strategic thinker who designs scalable frameworks and transitions legacy systems to ServiceNow, aligning IT with business goals.Responsibilities:Lead ServiceNow roadmap development, conduct workshops for requirements gathering, and design sessions for new implementations, enhancements, integrations, and process automation.Guide development teams in ITAM and ITOM projects to ensure compliance with architectural standards and best practices.Advise, design, and configure integration solutions between ServiceNow and other CMDB tools using store apps, service graph connectors or web services.Architect integrations using ServiceNow workflows, scripting, and web services/REST APIs to meet project needs.Understanding of the CSDM framework and guiding the organisation to effectively manage IT services to improve the efficiency and speed of service delivery.Experience with CMDB design, architecture, and implementations with a fair understanding of the CMDB data model.Hands-on experience to include creation, configuration and customisation of patterns, Discovery Schedules, probes, sensors, and Event rules.Integrate ServiceNow ITOM modules with a variety of enterprise monitoring tools, automation of alerts, and application management tools using OOB plugins and API methods.Solid experience in understanding complex network infrastructure, MID server architecture & installation including cluster-based.Experienced in implementing ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management and Orchestration use cases.Previous experience in implementing cloud-based and on-premise Discovery using probe and pattern-based would be beneficial.Experience with Asset Management lifecycle workflows from the procurement stage to End of Life (EOL) including would be ideal.Utilize industry expertise and ServiceNow best practices to guarantee effective solution delivery.Understanding the importance of CMDB and CSDM to serve as strong foundation for the other ServiceNow modules of the platform.
