About the Role
We are seeking an Operations Manager – Retail to join our growing team on a permanent full-time basis.
* Support Retail Asset Managers in managing a portfolio of Shopping Centres in line with client requirements.

Responsibilities
You will be responsible for:
* Day-to-day management of property operations, safety, risk, and compliance.
* Establishing and managing a Planned Preventative Maintenance Programme.
* Providing technical and maintenance advice as the primary contact.
* Ensuring all relevant statutory requirements are addressed.
* Managing tenant relationships and capital/operational expense administration.
About You
To succeed at Elders, you will have:
* A Property Representative licence or ability to attain one in the near future.
* Tertiary qualifications in Facilities Management or other property-related courses.
* General knowledge of WHS legislation, principles, and practices.
* Analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent business writing and oral communication skills.

Salary
$120,000 - $150,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
