Join Our Growing Perth Civil and Track Team!
We're expanding our expertise and seeking talented Civil and Track Engineers to contribute to our dynamic rail infrastructure projects across the ANZ region.
In this role, you will deliver innovative consultancy and engineering services in the rail sector. You'll collaborate with our commercial, project management, and technical teams to create, plan, and execute diverse infrastructure projects.
You'll deliver high-quality civil and track engineering designs and consultancy services while supporting project delivery and design management. Your expertise will be vital in engaging with business development, identifying opportunities, and fostering strong client relationships through industry events and meetings.
Working closely with Global Integrated Delivery centers, you'll enhance our delivery capabilities and maintain exceptional quality assurance standards. Your leadership will be essential in guiding project components and mentoring developing professionals, creating an environment that promotes knowledge sharing and growth.
As a key member of our team, you'll drive technical excellence in rail infrastructure and contribute to winning new opportunities. Your role in building and maintaining key client partnerships will ensure project delivery meets time and cost targets. Through supporting team growth and capability development, you'll promote cross-geography collaboration that strengthens our global presence.
The position offers significant opportunities for advancement through work on major rail infrastructure projects. You'll develop leadership capabilities while engaging with global teams and expanding your technical expertise. This role provides a platform to build valuable industry connections and contribute to innovative engineering solutions.
You'll be instrumental in championing our safety-first culture, ensuring best practices are maintained throughout all projects and operations.
