Joining us, you’ll manage the Hunter New England Central Coast NSW StandBy Team. A team of dedicated individuals who are providing evidence based best practice in post vention supports. From delivering workshops within community, to individual support sessions, your work will be diverse and impactful. This role is a great opportunity to step into a leadership position. We are looking for a passionate leader with a desire to make a difference. The successful candidate will have:
Tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience in health, psychology, social work, social science or social welfare, health promotion or similar
Demonstrated knowledge and skills in working with people bereaved through suicide
Excellent relationship, negotiation and conflict management skills
Experience in managing critical response team
