You'll receive substantial administrative support, allowing you to focus on high-value tasks. Managing approximately 500 lots. Properties are relatively local to the office resulting in minimal travel. Part-time hours; however, after-hours AGMs are required occasionally. Conduct of AGM. Arranging maintenance. Owner communication not addressed above. Using Stratafy software. Support for the role includes: Drafting AGM notice, scheduling, and minute preparation. Drafting budgets. Accounts processing and query management. Processing and issuing levies. Management fee management. Dedicated receptionist. Strata Roll updates. Ownership and committee updates. Insurance claims, renewals, and valuations. ATO requirements. The Criteria Previous strata management experience is essential - ideally 2+ years. Driver's license. Knowledge of Stratafy software. IT savvy to navigate systems & streamline processes. A confident and high-energy personality. Outstanding communication and attention to detail. What's in it for you...?
