About the Role
This casual opportunity supports clients in our Transitionary Aged Care Program, providing care to older people returning home after hospital stays. The successful candidate will have a willingness to travel, as they will be supporting clients who reside around Bega and surrounding areas.
Key Responsibilities
* Personal Care including grooming and showering
* Domestic assistance such as meal preparation and light house cleaning
* Community access to medical appointments and social activities
* Supporting with tasks and routines
* Building positive relationships with clients
Skills & Experience
We are looking for someone who is passionate about making a positive impact in our ageing community. You will need:
* Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing, Disability or similar)
* An Australian Drivers Licence and reliable vehicle with minimum third-party insurance
* Strong communication skills with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships
* A current First Aid and CPR Certificate
