The Practice Nurse will play an active role in supporting the ongoing development of the physical and sexual health stream. The Practice Nurse is responsible for providing person-centered support, education, referral, and advocacy to young people aged between 12-25 years regarding their physical, sexual, mental, and psychosocial health. This role will work closely with key stakeholders and the Community Engagement team to promote health and wellbeing in the community and within secondary schools.
