This role offers you the chance to immerse yourself in the residential building industry, with a focus on supporting essential client-facing teams including Sales and Prestart Consultants. As a Customer Support Officer at Summit Homes, you'll be at the heart of client interactions, working alongside our team to ensure each step flows smoothly. Your duties could include preparing and sending contracts to clients, following up on finance approvals and block titles, handling variations and a variety of other clerical-based tasks to assist in preparing clients through their building journey. With full training and support, you will be set up for success.About youWe're looking for a candidate with a solid foundation in administration and whilst experience in the building industry is highly regarded it's not essential. What we need is someone with a keen attention to detail and accuracy, along with the ability to work collaboratively in a small team. You'll bring excellent communication skills, both spoken and written, which help you connect with colleagues and clients alike.
