About the Role:
The Operations Manager, Food & Beverage, will take the lead in overseeing the food and beverage operations. Working closely with the Venue Manager and alongside the Operations Manager overseeing gaming and finance, this role is essential to ensuring the smooth, daily operations of the restaurant. This position offers the opportunity to join a re-launch, driving success from the ground up in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.
Your Skills and Experience:
* Proven experience in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant or hospitality venue.
* Leadership experience managing teams across front of house and kitchen operations.
* Familiarity with restaurant IT systems, including Resdiary and Chewzie.
* Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask under pressure.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a hands-on leadership style.
