Melbourne, Sydney Asset Management, Investment Banking Contract or Temporary Our client is a leading global financial institution seeking project analysts with 3 years’ experience to join their risk and compliance project team. This is a key role within the business, joining a team of experienced risk and compliance professionals, working collaboratively with the business and second line to deliver remediation risk programs. We are seeking candidates with experience as a PMO analyst, project manager, or similar experience, ideally with Risk and Compliance from a Custody, Managed Investments, Corporate Trust and/or Asset Management business. Please note that our client is exclusively considering candidates with full and unrestricted working rights. As such, this role is not applicable to those on Working Holiday Visas or student visas. The PMO Analyst will be responsible for ensuring the project is running smoothly, on budget and on time, liaising with project team members to gather, analyse, and monitor project data. Responsibilities: Maintains and supports the adoption of the existing project infrastructure and processes across the wider project teams, including the project schedule and RAID logs. Assist the Program Head in oversight and governance of the Program, including the periodic review of the finances tracking budget & actual spend. Supports the program reporting to key stakeholders, governance oversight bodies and coordinates the Steering Committee agenda, material and minutes. Delivers regular and timely written/ verbal communications to all project stakeholders through status reports, meeting notes, project charts, RAID logs. Working closely with the Quality Assurance, Project and Change managers to ensure timely execution and completion. Uplift and maintain project schedule into a project management tool. Experience: A bachelor’s degree in project management, or a similar field. 3 years’ experience as a PMO analyst, project manager, or a similar role. Excellent knowledge of project management strategies, processes, and tools. Ability to analyse a range of complex data and make decisions based on analytical findings. Strong program coordination and administration abilities. Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
