The Role
Lead the store team to create a sales focused culture and deliver profitable sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
4. Develop Warehouse and Administration teams knowledge and capability
5. Deliver a positive store atmosphere to create a great customer experience and effectively resolve any customer complaints and queries
6. Ensure store is meeting all compliance and legislative requirements
7. Monitor the store activities to ensure it aligns with the businesses core policy and standard operating procedures
8. Establish and oversee effective warehouse inventory management processes and systems
