About You We are seeking a motivated and skilled Social Worker with the following qualities: Qualifications & Expertise: Tertiary qualification in Social Work, with eligibility for full membership of the Australian Association of Social Workers. Engagement & Assessment Skills: Ability to engage with high-needs consumers, conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial and mental state assessments, and develop tailored rehabilitation strategies. Therapeutic & Recovery Knowledge: Experience applying a range of therapeutic interventions, recovery principles, and individualised care planning for people with mental health challenges. Team & Supervision Skills: Proven ability to work autonomously, supervise non-clinical staff, and collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team while maintaining professional integrity.
