In this role, you'll :
* Work as part of a team delivering state-wide, best-in-class facility management services, driving the efficient delivery of property maintenance, safety, and asset management strategies across a complex and geographically dispersed portfolio.
* Lead and mentor a high-performing facilities management team, building strong relationships with outsourced service providers to ensure seamless delivery of all contracted services.
* Utilize your expertise in facilities performance, emergency systems, and asset management to develop and implement strategic operational plans that enhance service quality, efficiency, and compliance.
* Oversee maintenance programs, supplier performance, and risk mitigation, leveraging your extensive experience in managing large-scale commercial or industrial property portfolios.
