In this role, you'll lead team operations to achieve high standards in environmental systems, horticulture, and public safety. Key responsibilities include training and mentoring team members, ensuring best practices in environmental management, and overseeing vital systems like lake and wetland maintenance, irrigation, and biosecurity. You'll collaborate with other branches, contribute to strategic planning initiatives, manage resources, and ensure regulatory compliance, all while fostering a positive, customer-focused culture. This role also offers the opportunity to enhance RBGV's reputation through public engagement, professional communication, and partnerships with educational institutions.
