Casual Speech Therapist Position
Our client, an NDIS provider operating in Western Sydney, is seeking a compassionate and experienced Speech Therapist to join their team on a casual basis.
The Role:
* Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and swallowing assessments.
* Develop and implement evidence-based therapy plans tailored to individual needs.
* Collaborate with participants, families, and carers to provide holistic care and practical strategies.
* Support participants to achieve their communication goals and actively engage in their community.

About You:
* A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Speech Therapist.
* Current SPA (Speech Pathology Australia) membership.
* A person-centered approach to care and strong communication skills.
* The ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
* A valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
* Australian Working Rights (Working Holiday Visa holders are welcome).
