The Role
* Liaising and prospecting with Buyers
* Managing exchanges and settlements
* Diary and email management
* Website management and uploading content online
* Attending Open homes and auctions
* Negotiations in the best interest of the client
* Presented properties to client
Skills & Experience
* Experience in the real estate industry
* Real estate registration required
* Corporate presentation, initiative, and a passion for the industry
* Ability to prioritise workload and to use your initiative and think on your feet
* Able to work under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced environment
