About the Role
As a Senior Change Manager in our Digital Sales Experience & Personalisation Service Delivery Tribe, you’ll play a key role in helping to build momentum in Australia Retail and Commercial division of ANZ through increased brand consideration and improved digital sales, as well as delivering on the transformation agenda through data-driven automation, customer insights, capability excellence and personalisation. What will your day look like?
As a Senior Change Manager, you are accountable for:
1. Lead components of change management planning and delivery, such as development of process and reference guides to equip impacted users with required knowledge and training to adopt the new system and processes
2. Be responsible for key deliverables, such as the drafting and execution of communications, completing change readiness checks, and ensuring the change is successfully transitioned to BAU and embedded
3. Collaborate with the initiative/project team to ensure that all change impacts, risks, and dependencies are considered and built into the change delivery plan
4. Build strong, trusted relationships with key stakeholders to ensure effective stakeholder engagement throughout the change delivery lifecycle
5. Establishing frameworks, guidelines, and templates that can be utilised by tribe members to execute change and communication delivery
6. Develop, manage, and execute internal communication strategies that foster a well-informed, engaged, and aligned workforce
7. The effectiveness of the change communication strategies in delivering various programs or initiatives
8. Assist executives and leaders in crafting and delivering clear, consistent messages to employees and senior stakeholders
9. Staying in touch with best practice and emerging ideas on change management and communications
What will you bring?
To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
10. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and ability to deliver clear, simple and effective styles of facilitation and presentations
11. Demonstrable experience in the Change Management discipline
12. A strong execution mindset and ability to deliver quality outputs within required timeframes
13. Excellent stakeholder management skills, with effective communication, influencing and relationship building ability
14. Strong planning, co-ordination, problem solving and critical thinking skills
15. Ability to prioritise and work under pressure
16. Ability to work in ambiguous, fast paced, and cross-functional environments
17. Understanding of the digital and associated channels environment within ANZ will be highly regarded
18. Experienced in the use of change management methodologies such as PROSCI and similar frameworks will be highly regarded
19. Ideally you will also have experience working in digital delivery environments, and understand Agile methods of working including use of Jira and Confluence
