The Role
As a Talent Partner, you play a crucial role in managing the sourcing and delivery piece of the IT recruitment process, ensuring the successful delivery of qualified IT Developers to our clients based in Adelaide and Melbourne while providing a positive candidate experience. You will continuously strive to improve efficiency and deliver exceptional results for the business.
As a valued member of the Experis Adelaide team your key responsibilities will include:
13. Job Briefs: Running detailed job briefs with existing Experis clients
14. Candidate Sourcing: Sourcing and attracting qualified candidates using various methods such as talent pools, database search, LinkedIn, job boards and professional networks who match the client's requirements from the Key Account Manager
15. Compliance: Ensure all candidates are compliant before they are allocated to an assignment including conducting detailed references on shortlisted candidates and maintain and update the CRM system (Bullhorn)
16. Screening: Assess candidates' qualifications, skills and experience for specific roles and present a shortlist of qualified candidates
17. Interview Coordination: coordinate logistics, provide interview details and ensure a smooth and efficient process
18. Candidate Relationship Management: Provide timely updates, feedback and support to candidates ensuring a positive candidate experience
19. Talent Market Insights: Stay updated on industry trends, talent availability and market conditions
20. Performance Metrics: Track and measure performance against operating metrics such as candidate interviews, submissions and placements
Your Background
In order to be considered for this highly lucrative role you should have:
21. You will be an experienced 180 Recruitment Consultant/Career Recruitment Resourcer
22. Have recent IT recruitment experience
23. Strong proficiency in conducting headhunting campaigns and sourcing IT candidates through various channels like LinkedIn Recruiter, Seek Talent and Bullhorn
24. Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
25. Ability to work autonomously and take accountability for their actions
26. Excellent organizational and time management skills
27. Demonstrated ability to screen and interview candidates effectively, ensuring a high standard of quality is presented to our clients
28. Good level of accuracy and attention to detail
29. Professional and strong communication skills-written and verbal, for building and maintaining relationships with candidates
