We’re calling for a Part-time Assistant Manager to be part of our new, refreshed vision within our Canberra Concept Store, where you will play a pivotal role assisting to lead the team on the exciting journey ahead. Demonstrating your creative thinking, your business acumen and your passion for our new product range and enlivening your team - you will guide the store to success. ABOUT THE ROLE:
* Assist driving a customer-centric culture, creating an exciting, educational and seamless experience with every interaction
* Apply your commercial acumen to elevate the store performance
* Support with the execution of visual merchandising plans ensuring brand consistency and sale opportunities are leveraged
* Motivate and coach the team to meet sales targets and business key performance indicators in a high-performance culture.
* Work with store leadership to drive operational excellence, manage rosters and prepare back-of-house administration
* 30 hour contract
IDEAL CANDIDATE:
* Excitement for the new product offering, you’ll be selling, it so you need to like it!
* Experience in a similar role, supervising teams in fast-paced retail environment.
* An open and supportive leader, with the ability to motivate, empower and inspire a team to achieve success.
* Demonstrated commercial acumen with an ability to assist driving sales, wage targets and shrinkage KPI’s and in line with budgets.
* An eye for detail, with a talent for Visual Merchandising and expressing your creativity.
* Exposure to high stock volumes and stock management.
