Key Responsibilities
1. Achieve Goals Together: Implement individual support plans to help participants reach their goals.
2. Care with Heart: Provide personal care with dignity, compassion, and respect.

4. Stay Informed: Know participants' profiles and always keep their emergency plans with you.
5. Positive Engagement: Interact positively with participants, families, carers, stakeholders, and team members.
About You:
1. A valid NSW Driver’s Licence and an insured vehicle - essential for this role.
2. Hold a First Aid Certificate or be willing to obtain one before starting.
3. Complete the NDIS Worker Check and the mandatory NDIS Worker Orientation Module ‘Quality, Safety and You’.
