The Senior Representative BV Production Operations for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for Blood Virus and Immunoassay Batch Manufacture to meet customer and project requirements.
This position is part of the IA/BV Production Operations located just outside Tulla, in Lismeehan, O’Callaghan’s Mills, Co. Clare (20 mins from Ennis, 30 mins from Limerick city) and will be based onsite. This position reports to the Director of Manufacturing Operations responsible for Manufacturing Operations in Blood Virus/Immunoassay Value Stream and will be onsite. In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
1. Support the delivery of innovative diagnostic tests to customers in Diagnostic Test laboratories around the world
2. Liase with Technical Operations on new Product Introduction and scale up or improvements to current processes
3. Leverage technical expertise and problem-solving skills to root cause and implement sustainable corrective actions to address gaps in key performance metrics and quality system requirements
The essential requirements of the job include:
4. Relevant Bachelor Degree (Level 8) with 5+ years’ relevant experience OR Master’s degree with 3+ years’ experience.
5. Technical knowledge of Blood Virus products
6. Strong Quality Systems knowledge and experience of interacting with auditors
7. Support Manufacturing and testing of Blood Virus products
It would be a plus if you also possess the following previous experience:
8. Continuous improvement - problem investigation and problem-solving skills
9. Ability to effectively prioritise and support a team to deliver on commitments and meet business needs
10. Experience with CGMP, ISO/FDA requirements
11. Training Standard Work creation & Auditing
12. Ability to build and motivate successful relationships and teams within the department.
