General Medicine is a blended model of Physicians and Generalists, along with a number of junior medical staff and training registrars providing inpatient and outpatient services.
In addition to four general medicine teams, local teams include medical oncology with a soon-to-open radiation oncology centre, a geriatrician-led subacute care service and a leading palliative care service.
A high dependency unit is managed by rotating specialists.
The Requirements To apply you must be one or more of the folllowing: Hold or be eligible for registration with AHPRA Possess at least 12 months recent Geriatric Medicine experience On RACP training program Hold or eligible for the FRACP IMG's eligible for Competent Authority Pathway - UK, Ireland, Canada, USA, NZ IMG's with RACP interview date IMG's assessed by RACP and found to be substantially comparable.
