About the Role:
As a Wellbeing Assistant at RSL LifeCare, you will play a key role in enhancing the quality of life for our residents. In this fulfilling and rewarding role, you'll have the chance to provide compassionate support while making a meaningful impact on the wellbeing of those in your care. Your responsibilities will include:
* Assisting with the daily activities and emotional wellbeing of residents
* Promoting social engagement and facilitating fun, enjoyable activities for residents
* Supporting residents with personal care needs while maintaining their dignity and independence
* Building strong and supportive relationships with residents and their families
* Working collaboratively with the wider team to ensure holistic care and wellbeing
* Ensuring the safety, comfort, and care of residents at all times
