Provide support on P&C generalist and end-to-end recruitment activities and creative People initiatives. Opportunity for the suitable person to coordinate and own People projects like employee engagement, cultural and fun activities, monthly newsletter, employee engagement surveys, employer branding - positioning Enzen as an employer of choice and create an environment where team members enjoy and are proud to come to work each day, career fairs etc. Support the day-to-day P&C activities like onboarding and induction, employment contracts, HRIS etc. P&C reporting & analytics - gather data and generate monthly reports. Role model the Enzen Values, and support the development and implementation of initiatives which embed and reinforce these values across the business. Support the training & development activities, needs analysis, training calendar, coordination and booking of training. Support the development and review of People and Culture policies, procedures and practices through research of best practice, drafting and project coordination. Support on HR Technology change and transition activities and drive required trainings and documentation (User Guides/ manuals) as necessary. Support Safety, Health, Environment and Quality management and initiatives, including supporting risk, audit and data governance activities. Have a 'Continuous Improve' mindset and share ideas around People and Culture processes and systems, to ensure they are effective. Meet legislative responsibilities and comply with organisational policies and procedures. ABOUT YOU You enjoy working in and creating a fun and respectful environment. Tertiary Qualifications in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or other related fields or equivalent HR/P&C experience. 2+ years’ demonstrated experience in human resources/P&C generalist and recruitment fields preferably in a technical industry. Have a high level of systems literacy and use own initiative to learn new skills independently. Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing. Effective organisation, prioritisation and time management skills with the ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision. WHS knowledge and experience is desirable.
