We have a 6-month contract opportunity for a Digital Content Producer to join our Communities Marketing team at Stockland, and lead the creation, production and management of content. This unique role is the first of its kind within the property industry, guiding and supporting customers through their home building journey for our land lease and masterplanned development businesses. We are flexible as to where this role can be located, including Brisbane, Melbourne or Sydney. About the role You’ll be planning, creating, executing and managing engaging content for our digital customer portal and supporting email marketing journeys including imagery, digital brochures, video content and interactive maps ensuring it aligns with our brand and meets our customers’ needs and in addition: Project Manage – coordinate with cross-functional teams to manage the content program and ensure timely delivery of all content to a high standard via the portal email marketing platform Customer Engagement – create strategies to engage and provide a value exchange for customers through compelling and interactive content Quality Control – maintain high standards for content accuracy and quality, ensuring consistency with the brand’s voice and guidelines and that all legal checks and approvals are undertaken Content Updates and Imagery – brief in content updates, including brochures and source appropriate imagery for the portal including creating an image library Analytics – use of analytical tools to monitor content performance, generate insights, and report on key metrics to guide content strategy Brief with external suppliers and manage content production requirements Provide input, feedback and recommendations for ongoing content improvements and optimisations About you Though a full-time position, we are flexible to considering the option of a 4-day week: Appropriate tertiary qualifications (marketing or digital marketing) Marketing and content management experience, including technical knowledge related production of marketing materials and developing and executing a content program for a digital customer platform or email marketing program Experience using a CMS system and using an email marketing technology platform Project management expertise Experience managing external agencies and suppliers Budget managing experience The Stockland Proposition At Stockland we are a community delivering outcomes that benefit the community at large.
