We are seeking an experienced and highly organised individual to provide quality customer service and effective administrative support to the Environment & Regulatory Services team.
Permanent, part-time position – Fourteen (14) hours per week to be worked each Monday and Friday.
Remuneration package of $1,003.07 gross per fortnight with the opportunity to progress to $1,203.69 gross per fortnight + 11.5% superannuation (based on part-time hours of work).

Your new role: As the Administration Officer you will be responsible for the delivery of high-quality customer service and administrative support, reporting to the Manager Environment & Regulatory Services.
Key responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to: Providing quality customer service and effective administrative support for the functional areas of the Division.
Undertake administrative duties including processing applications, travel arrangements, purchase requisitions etc.
Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and promotional materials.
Prepare agendas and minutes for meetings.
Assist in the planning and management of workshops and events.
Utilise and maintain databases and electronic records systems.
Rotate with & support other Administration Officers in the Environment & Regulatory Services Division on an as required basis.
Assist the Executive Assistant of the Director Community as required.
What you will need to succeed: Relevant administrative and customer service experience.
Can demonstrate your passion for working in a team environment; and Are a great communicator with highly developed organisational skills.
