We're looking for a Parts/Vehicle Maintenance Coordinator to join our team and ensure our fleet and equipment are in top shape.
About the Role As our Parts/Vehicle Maintenance Coordinator, you'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our fleet and equipment.
From overseeing maintenance and repairs to managing stock levels and record-keeping, you'll be the go-to person for keeping our operations running efficiently.
You'll work closely with the Mechanic, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure everything is in place, up to date, and compliant with safety standards.
The role is based in Darwin, with occasional travel to job sites as needed.
Key Responsibilities Coordinate fleet maintenance and repairs to minimise downtimeManage The Fleet Office (TFO) database to ensure accurate and up-to-date recordsConduct structured parts deliveries three times a weekAssist with parts pickups, dry cleaning runs, and other logistical tasksMonitor and maintain stock levels for vehicle and equipment needsEnsure the shed and yard are clean, organised, and hazard-freeWork collaboratively with the Mechanic to maintain service sheetsCarry out regular stocktakes and ensure cleaning supplies are replenishedSkills and Experience Strong administrative skills with experience managing recordsProficiency in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and database systemsExcellent organisational and time management skillsAttention to detail and a strong commitment to workplace safetyAbility to work independently while collaborating effectively with the teamCustomer-focused approach when working with suppliers and contractorsQualifications & Licences Essential NT Driver's Licence (HR Licence or willingness to obtain)Dangerous Goods Licence (or willingness to obtain)Ability to pass police background checks and drug/alcohol screeningWillingness to obtain a First Aid Certificate and Fire Warden TrainingWorking Safely with Bitumen Certificate (or ability to obtain)Desirable: Certificate IV in AdministrationWhy Join Us?
