MADEC plays a prominent role in the market in assisting businesses with diverse and practical workforce solutions predominantly within the horticulture, fish, meat and hospitality industries.About the jobThe State Manager is a dynamic role where you will develop and maintain professional relationships with clients and stakeholders, and drive business growth throughout South-East Queensland. Further, you will:Provide leadership and direction to a team of Account Managers and worker liaison staff to ensure labour hire assignments are managed effectively;Deliver end to end recruitment processes that are transparent, informed, and compliant;Ensure client and worker relationships are maintained to the highest degree;Manage the effective relationship with third parties including trade union, and governing bodies;Report on key performance metrics to internal stakeholders.Key service areas include clients in the regions of:Gayndah and MundubberaAbout youYou are commercially astute having honed your skills in a general business management role or customer centric role.You will work with a diverse range of clients focusing on service excellence to meet their expectations while observing best practice and regulatory principles.You will be able to efficiently problem solve, drive outcomes whilst working to an accountability framework.Your leadership and interpersonal skills will be of a high level while working independently and exercising initiative.You will be someone who thinks outside the square, is resilient and thrives in a competitive and challenging industry.About UsMADEC is a not-for-profit organisation with more than 50 years’ experience in making a positive difference to lives of those we service.
