Role Overview: We are seeking a proactive IT Support Analyst to provide administrative and technical support for a global insurance company across the APAC region. In this role, you will play a key part in driving operational efficiency for a recognised brand. Key Responsibilities Guide new starters through onboarding processes and form completion. Troubleshoot Level 1 desktop issues, including hardware and software support. Manage system access for new employees and revoke access for departing staff. Coordinate access transfers for employees moving between departments. Conduct hardware return audits and maintain accurate documentation. Ensure IT systems are consistently updated with correct records. Key Selection Criteria Strong documentation skills with a keen eye for detail. Basic IT knowledge, including proficiency in MS Office and Wiki guides. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience providing Level 1 desktop support and troubleshooting. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. 2 years of administrative support experience in IT. Must be a permanent resident of Australia.
