Description
Reporting to the IR Manager, your duties will include, but are not limited to:
Liaising with Unions and building productive and effective working relationshipsWorking closely with the wider HR and Legal teams to ensure successful outcomesProviding IR & ER leadership and guidance to the local and regional stakeholder groupDeveloping and maintaining relationships with all key stakeholdersDriving a collaborative and harmonious working environmentDrafting and finalising formal documentation to support legislation and policy mattersInterpreting all relevant modern awards, legislation, and regulationsProfile
As an ideal applicant, you will have:
Tertiary qualification, ideally within Industrial Relations or LawConfident communication skills at all levels of seniorityPrior IR / HR experience, ideally supporting a large workforceMeticulous attention to detailThorough knowledge and understanding of Australian legislation, awards, and regulationsOpportunity
