Key Responsibilities Develop and execute strategic and operational HR business plans to meet organisational goals. Lead and mentor a team of 10-12 HR professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. Oversee workforce planning, talent management, and employee engagement initiatives to support growth and retention. Ensure compliance with WHS legislation, prioritising health, safety, and well-being across the organisation. Provide advice on the Fair Work Act, Modern Awards, and Enterprise Agreements, supporting a strong Employee and Industrial Relations framework. Key Criteria Proven experience in a senior HR leadership role with strong commercial acumen and a strategic mindset. Expertise in HR, Safety, and Training, with a track record of delivering successful initiatives in a dynamic environment. Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and industry trends. Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business goals into HR initiatives.
