We’re seeking a Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst to play a key role in ensuring our processes, procedures, and operations meet internal policies, legal requirements, and industry regulations.
Working closely with the Quality Assurance, Compliance & SOX Manager, you’ll conduct reviews and assessments to identify and mitigate compliance risks - helping to safeguard our business against regulatory breaches.

What You’ll Do
* Support the Quality Assurance, SOX, and Compliance Manager in conducting financial services risk assessments and implementing mitigation strategies within the Risk Control Matrix
* Monitor and test process controls to assess the effectiveness of risk management strategies
* Audit business unit processes for compliance with internal policies, legal standards, and regulations
* Evaluate management testing to prevent material SOX findings and recommend process improvements for low-scoring internal audits
* Collaborate with business units to identify and address process risks and gaps
* Stay updated on regulatory changes and communicate updates through training, guides, or presentations
* Develop and maintain standard operating procedures and job aids as needed
* Coordinate internal/external audits, track results, corrective actions, and follow-ups
* Prepare compliance reports for leadership and regulatory agencies
About You
* Bachelor’s degree in business management, finance, law or economics is highly desirable
* 1-2 years of experience in quality assurance, compliance, audit, or related field
* Knowledge of procedural requirements, regulatory environment, and credit risk factors
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
* Ability to professionally handle sensitive performance information
* Organisational and time management skills
* Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information succinctly and clearly
* Skilled in Microsoft Office applications
* Experience with compliance management tools (MetricStream, JIRA) and data analysis and reporting (Power BI, SQL) is advantageous
