The Business Development professional contributes to the firm’s client retention, client development and new business development initiatives through driving activities such as:
1. Identifying and prioritising opportunities at a practice, client and market level
2. Working with client teams to build relationships
3. Sharing insights within and across client teams and the broader real estate practice
4. Taking responsibility and ownership for the execution of business development priorities, including taking the lead on agreed projects and initiatives
5. This position will work closely with the Practice Group Leader, partners and clients
Required skills and experience
6. Marketing degree or relevant business qualification.
7. Three years plus marketing experience, professional services an advantage.
8. Strong proprietary attitude; customer focus and service attitude, demonstrated drive and initiative, ability to manage multiple tasks/projects, a continual improvement mindset
9. Project management skills
10. Stakeholder management and influencing skills
