The Opportunity
We are seeking a Senior Facilities Manager to work across Adelaide's most premium commercial asset for our key client. This role will involve managing services that support critical environments and specialist service providers, including fire safety systems, mechanical services, and emergency power generation systems. You will also conduct building inspections, monitor environmental performance, and provide guidance on technical and operational matters.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage services supporting critical environments and specialist service providers;
* Conduct building inspections as required under the building's operating model & document findings;
* Monitor and report on the Environmental performance of the assets and provide guidance and recommendations on technical / operational matters;
* Manage one direct report - Facilities Manager;
* Ensure a high level of Customer satisfaction through the efficient and effective delivery of Facilities Management services, tenant liaison and contractor management;
* Ensure risk management, WHS, site safety, audit and inspections are completed and compliant;
* Manage operating expenditure for the asset and prepare annual budgets.

About You:
* Senior/experienced Facilities Manager across premium commercial assets;
* People management skills, comfortable developing and mentoring staff;
* Strong technical background;
* Excellent communicator able to build strong, effective working relationships with all stakeholders;
