Your new role
As the Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for all clients. Your duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
* Performing basic reception duties such as greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and directing enquiries.
* Providing cover for other office-based roles when required, which may include tasks like filing, data entry, and scheduling appointments.
* Assisting with the setup and pack down of meeting rooms, which may involve arranging furniture, setting up equipment, and ensuring the space is clean and tidy.

What you'll need to succeed
As the first point of contact for the business, you will be corporate, reliable and professional. You will have some experience in a similar role and be confident liaising with people in person and over the phone.
You will also ideally possess the following:
1. Prior experience in a receptionist or administrative role, preferably in a corporate/professional service environment
2. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
3. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
4. Excellent communication skills with the ability to multitask
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software
