Project Lead
Monadelphous is seeking a Project Lead to join our Mining and Minerals North West Region, working across upcoming and current projects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide leadership and direction to the project team, demonstrating excellence in personal interaction, employee engagement, employee relations, and teamwork.
* Efficiently utilize and manage resources, structure, and skills to successfully deliver projects.
* Foster and maintain relationships with customers and stakeholders.
* Manage the financial performance of projects to achieve reliable forecasts and agreed targets.
* Manage the performance of the project team to achieve targeted project outcomes.
* Lead safety culture, initiatives, and performance.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 5-10 years' experience in a similar role.
* Prior experience with projects in the Western Australian mining sector in both greenfields and brownfields scenarios is advantageous.
* Proven experience in project controls, including development of project/construction schedules and progress reports.
* Strong written and technical skills, with a demonstrated capability in commercials, budgets, construction metrics, and change management.
* Strong analytical skills (variations, proposals, business cases, financial analysis).
* Ability to commit to a FIFO roster.
* Tertiary qualifications in an engineering discipline or relevant trade qualification.
* Proof of right to work in Australia with no restrictions.
