Job Description:
* Nurture Client Relationships: Manage a portfolio of recognised accounts, understanding their unique needs and aligning the right products to meet their organisational requirements.
* Upsell and Maximise Growth Opportunities: Identify opportunities for sustainable growth and work proactively to maximise them.
* Building Strong Partnerships: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision makers, ensuring their voices are heard and valued.
* Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work closely with internal teams, including product development, technology, and customer service, to address product gaps and enhance service delivery.
* Sales Collateral Creation: Showcase your creativity by developing compelling sales collateral.
* Tender Management: Lead or contribute to tendering processes for new accounts.
The Ideal Candidate:

* Experience working with clients in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or government sectors.
