Assist in the on-site delivery effort of projects including retro fit and construction site effort. Complete skills and knowledge-based training as outlined in our Technician Levels Skills Matrix during your provided development program. Learn AV system design, engineering, installation, and testing skills in line with industry requirements to develop high-level competencies and experience in the application of those skills. Actively engage with the projects and installation teams to successfully complete all requirements of in-flight works. Ensure effective communication is maintained at all times. Provide input and ideas for works when needed and deliver a high level of personal standards in your works. Maintain accountability to systems, processes, code of conduct, and company values. To be considered for these roles you will:
Love technology. Love learning new things. Be a great listener. Have a blue/white card or willingness to get one. Ability to work within a fast-paced team environment and be reliable. Ability to self-manage and work autonomously to strict deadlines. A willingness to learn how to perform manual tasks including but not limited to hauling, lifting, installing cables, installation of AV technologies, use of testing devices, and other project-related tasks as needed. Must be able to work paid overtime if needed.
