With joy and delight at the centre of our brand, we believe in fostering an environment where talented people can feel empowered to innovate and grow while having fun.About The Role:As a Content & Social Media Marketer, your role will be a digital-savvy creator, storyteller, and communication subject matter expert (SME). You will be hands-on, always filming, writing, editing, streaming, or dreaming up your next content creation.This role will be responsible for developing and executing social media initiatives that support our Oz Lotteries brand, Daily Winners, and lottery product (Powerball, OzLotto etc.) content objectives. This role will be crucial in executing our live-streaming events, contacting and interviewing winners, and driving engagement through planning, creating, and scheduling innovative content.You'll have the opportunity to: Execute high-quality written, visual, and video content for various platforms, including contributing to blogs, product descriptions, email campaigns, and social media.Own the capturing, editing, and execution of winners' content and deliver ready-to-use formats to the broader team to ensure we never miss an opportunity to capture and share the joy of winners within our player community.Manage and grow our social media channels by coordinating and executing video production, including live streaming events for giveaways across all channels (i.e. Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, Tiktok).Monitor social media trends, track engagement metrics, and analyse performance to refine strategies and improve results.Support the optimisation of content performance with the Lifecycle, Paid Social, Organic Social, and SEO teams by contributing as an SME to improve messaging.Work closely with internal teams and external agencies to ensure a cohesive marketing strategy that delivers on commercial performance.What we're looking for:Proven experience in content creation, social media management, or digital marketing, preferably in the B2C e-commerce sector.Strong writing, video editing, and storytelling skills, with an eye for detail and creativity.Proficiency in social media platforms and tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout, Buffer) and analytics software (e.g. Meta).Knowledge of SEO best practices and experience with content management systems (CMS).Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Salary Banding: $80,000 - $110,000 + Super Our Ways of Working:We believe in fostering a healthy work-life balance.
