About You
You will have a minimum of 1+ year of experience in software development in roles such as Business Analyst, Product Owner, Digital Coordinator, or Software Engineer., along with a background in website management and experience with CMS platforms, preferably WordPress.
You will be familiar with digital analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Data Studio, and Microsoft Clarity.
Other key skills & experience are:
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesise performance data and prepare monthly reports.
* Understanding of the software development lifecycle and prioritisation methods.
* Familiarity with common digital tools (e.g., Miro, Maze, Figma) is desirable.
* Adaptable and resilient with a detail-oriented mindset.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-business environment while meeting tight deadlines.
* Innovative and creative thinker with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
* Exceptional organisational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Additionally, you should possess stakeholder management abilities, a collaborative spirit, and a strong work ethic. You will receive support from your manager to help you learn and grow in this role.
This position is suitable for individuals looking to transition into a consumer-servicing digital role, including those with experience as Business Analysts or in Product Management who want to align their future work with marketing and brand activities through digital implementation and website management.
About The Role
This role focuses on improving website acquisition, driving key website metrics, assisting with SEO activities, and contributing to the enhancement of our eCommerce results.
Key responsibilities include:
* Support the Brand Teams in ensuring website content is current and aligned with campaign communications, while enhancing the searchability of key information and improving conversion paths.
* Monitor and maintain the development backlog across brands, assisting with requirement gathering, prioritisation, and budget management.
* Maintain and optimise website performance by utilising SEO principles to drive traffic and conversions.
* Track, analyse, and report on the performance of our websites and SEO activities, providing actionable insights for improvement.
* Work closely with Agency Partners to deliver value to internal stakeholders and our guests, ensuring they have the necessary information to effectively execute their duties.
* Support key strategic digital projects on an as-needed basis to drive our brand goals.
* Perform general administration duties to ensure smooth operations.
