Alpha Shows, a leading provider of high-quality theatrical productions for schools, is looking for a dedicated Sales & Booking Coordinator to join our team!About the Role:As the Sales & Booking Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for reaching out to schools and booking our exciting, curriculum-based musical theatre shows. This is a part-time, primarily remote position (with the opportunity to also come into our office/theatre space in Altona North and/or go on tour!), with flexible hours, ideal for someone who enjoys working independently and making a tangible impact.Your Key Responsibilities Include:Identifying and reaching out to potential leads within the school system, as well as identifying new opportunities outside the education sector (e.g., theatres, festivals, anywhere where quality children's entertainment is required)Coordinating bookings for our shows across Australia (especially in Melbourne and nearby areas) and ensuring all existing clients have the opportunity to rebook for the following yearBuilding and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers in schools and updating our CRM with relevant detailsCollaborating with our team to ensure a seamless booking process and exceptional experience for our clientsImmersing yourself in the world of Alpha Shows, attending rehearsals and liaising with the management teamWhat We’re Looking For:Proven experience in direct sales and networking, preferably within the education sector, is essential.
