Job Title: Solutions/Sales Engineer

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather user requirements and feedback for features, leveraging multiple channels to refine solutions and improve designs.
- Measure customer value through usage patterns, feedback, and other metrics to inform solution enhancements.
- Contribute to product and solution architecture, as well as testing design, in collaboration with technical leadership.
- Work hands-on with both internal teams and customers, guiding design and implementation while demonstrating strong engineering practices and coding skills.
- Execute project plans, test features, and learn about deployment while considering customer impact.
- Drive continuous improvement of engineering processes to enhance our ability to deliver high-quality solutions.
Requirements:
- 2-10 years of Solution Engineering or Solution Architecture experience
- Experience with designing and implementing novel technical solutions within large organisations
- Ability to work effectively with key system integrators to develop and package solutions
- Experience in implementing Microsoft solutions; including a deep understanding of Microsoft technology
- Experience with Identity is a plus
- Motivation and an ability to understand and solve complex problems
