Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Building Manager to join our team in North-West Sydney. As a key member of our building management firm, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and operations of a residential site.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure the smooth operation of 170 residential lots, addressing any issues or concerns raised by tenants in a timely manner.
* Conduct regular building inspections to identify defects and deficiencies in the delivery of services, with a focus on maintaining safe and clean conditions.
* Coordinate with external contractors to perform routine maintenance works, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
* Maintain common facilities, including amenities and services, to provide a high-quality living experience for residents.
* Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including tenants, property owners, and internal teams.
About You:
* 2+ years of experience in residential building management, preferably with knowledge of setting up new builds or defect rectification.
* Proven ability to build trust and rapport with tenants and other stakeholders, delivering exceptional customer service.
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with various groups, including tenants, contractors, and internal teams.
