About the Role The Capital Works Supervisor will coordinate, direct and supervise works including planning and allocation of labour, plant and materials required to complete works, leading a team of trades and support staff throughout South East Queensland.Key Responsibilities Lead a team of Mechanical & Electrical trades across scheduled capital works projects Work with Planners to schedule resources, plant and equipment, travel, and materials to execute the Maintenance Plan.Supervise and manage resources, materials and labour across allocated works Perform administrative tasks - timesheets, scoping documents, safety processes, reporting and compliance Providing coaching and support to crews Reporting activities relating to planned works, completed, risks and issues, with a focus on ongoing improvement of processes to support delivery.
