Our client takes pride in delivering high-quality, efficient and compliant installation services to construction projects across NSW and other states. They are looking for an Administration Scheduler to work with technicians, customers and internal staff as their central point of contact to ensure the seamless transition from customer order to service installation.
You will ideally have demonstrated experience in an office-based role where you have scheduled and coordinated field-based staff, have a strong phone manner, and technical aptitude to understand the basics of construction processes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional customer service and phone support
* Plan daily installation schedule and coordinate with clients, technicians, and suppliers accordingly
* Manage the logistics for materials and equipment to ensure project timelines are met
* Analyse geographical job groupings to maximise field team execution and minimize repetitive travel
* Prioritisation of tasks from routine scheduled installations to urgent call outs
Essential Criteria
* Previous Administration experience in a similar role
* Scheduling experience preferably in Construction, Trades or Field Operations
* Intermediate skills using Microsoft Excel
* Can adapt our client’s customised scheduling software with full training provided
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* People person with the desire to collaborate in a team
* Driver licence
* Unrestricted Working Rights in Australia
Location: Smithfield NSW 2164
Salary: $75,000 – $90,000 + superannuation + bonus scheme
Hours of Work: 7:40am to 4:00pm Monday to Friday
