Realty and Asset Management is a unique owner focussed department within Accor Apartments and Realty, overseeing the negotiation and management of all agreements in place with Owners, Body Corporates and Owners Associations in the Accor Apartments and Realty portfolio.
Purpose
The Marketing Manager – Accor Realty is responsible for developing, managing, and implementing strategic marketing initiatives to support Accor's Real Estate and Asset Management division.
This role focuses on driving retention and growth, engaging both in-house and external audiences to maximise performance and strengthen brand positioning within the market.
Primary Responsibilities
Design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies across Accor Realty and Asset Management's digital and social platforms, paid media channels, and owned opportunities, including sales, PR, and Loyalty.
Maintain and enhance Accor Realty and Asset Management's brand image, ensuring consistent messaging and visual identity across all marketing materials and communication channels.
Create engaging content for various platforms, including social media, websites, eDMs, and marketing collateral, while managing the design and development of marketing assets.
Maintain and optimise CRM databases and distribution programs to support targeted marketing efforts and customer engagement.
Provide regular reports on campaign performance across channels, analyse results, and recommend strategies for improvement to maximize marketing effectiveness.
Work closely with third-party agencies, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to coordinate campaigns, projects, and special initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall marketing objectives.
Skills and Experience
Minimum 2 years of experience in a marketing role, with a preference for experience in the Real Estate or Hospitality industries.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present and articulate ideas effectively.
Proficient in digital marketing tools, including CRM platforms, and skilled in using Adobe Suite and other graphic design software.
Ability to develop creative and innovative marketing strategies across both traditional and digital channels.
Experience in navigating complex stakeholder environments, with strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
Proven experience working in large teams and the ability to coach, mentor, and inspire others.
Strong strategic thinking with the ability to plan mid- to long-term and a sound understanding of business and commercial implications.
Flexible and adaptable with the ability to embrace change and manage a dynamic, global environment.
