You're looking for an organisation that shares your passion for enriching the lives of others and making a real difference every day. You have extensive experience in leadership, taking your team on the journey with you and have worked in similar roles in aged or healthcare.

Exceptional communication skills are required, engaging with stakeholders both inside and outside the business. Thriving in environments where no two days are the same, and managing multiple priorities throughout the day, are key attributes.
We're a not-for-profit organisation, treating each resident, family, and team member with passion, care, and respect, just like one big family.
